Return policy

According to article 9 par. 1 of the Government Ordinance no. 34 of June 12, 2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from contracts concluded at a distance, without specifying the reasons, within 14 days from the date you enter you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, in physical possession of the products / of the last product.

Please return the goods in their original form, without being damaged or used, together with the return form, which will be attached to the invoice. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refundable product is not accepted. The equivalent value of the returned product will be paid by postal order or bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days.

If it is found that the returned product is damaged, it will be sent back and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
